
Hafiz Bakare is the immediate past Managing Director/CEO of Keystone Bank Limited (KBL) responsible for leading the seamless post-divestment transition of the bank in 2017. Before his appointment to the Board of KBL as an Executive Director in 2014, he was the Managing Director/Principal Consultant at H.B.O Consulting, a management consulting and capacity development practice he founded. He has since resumed management of the firm.
Mr. Bakare has wide ranging professional experience cutting across management consulting, banking, insurance, manufacturing, health and other sectors locally and across Africa. In the course of his career, he was at different times Chief Strategy Officer, First Bank of Nigeria Plc; Group Director, Industrial and General Insurance Plc; and Non-Executive Director, Societe Nouvelle d’Assurances du Rwanda (SONARWA), the premier insurance institution in Rwanda. He has been a panelist at the African Business Conference of the Harvard Business School, USA and is a Council Member, Gerson Lehrman Group, USA, the world’s largest knowledge brokerage and expert network comprising thought leaders and subject matter specialists in diverse fields. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC); Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD); Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB) and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM).
Dr Nosiru Olajide Onibon is the Current Provost, Michael Otedola College of Primary Education (MOCOPED), a Senior Lecturer at Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Art, Lagos State University and member of the University SENATE. He was the coordinator of Postgraduate Programs, Department of Foreign Languages. He headed and served as member of several committee within and outside the Faculty of Art. His research interest is on the ECONOLINGUISTICS; the role of Language in economic activities and the effect on Arabic Languages. He has no less than twenty six (26) recognised publications and attended several conferences. He is a Fellow National Language Resources Centre – USA and a member of other learned societies.
After serving NASFAT Society as Missioner in different branches and other capacities, he is currently a member of NASFAT National Mission Board.

Alhaja Shereefah Abiola Andu is the CEO of Arabel, a leading Islamic trading outfit in Nigeria, she is an accomplished banker with a career spanning many years in the Nigerian Banking industry.A versatile administrator, with corresponding certificate from Lagos Business school owner manager programme and Msc Banking and Finance from University of Ibadan. She is a prolific author with many publications to her credit, Mrs Sherifah was the first vice president of Unilag Muslim Alumni.
Alimi Yusuf and commenced his primary education at the then Baptist Primary School, Kano and
later at the Ansarul Islam Primary School Ilorin were he completed his primary education in 1980. Afterwards he proceeded to Ojoku Grammar School, Ojoku, Kwara State and completed his secondary education at Ilorin Grammar School in 1986. Following completion of his secondary education, he proceeded to the Federal University of Technology, Minna where he
obtained his Bachelor Degree; B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering in 1992 and later at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, where he obtained his Masters; M.Sc. Degree in Engineering Management in 2014.
He commenced his professional carrier early in life during the mandatory Industrial Training with Messrs Hassan and Partners Ltd. Kaduna and Nigeria Sugar Company Ltd., Bacita, Kwara State and then Ekidem Bros Electric Company Ltd. Uyo, Akwa Ibom State during mandatory National Youth Service in 1993. Subsequent upon completion of the NYSC service, he started his professional working life under the employment of Messrs.’ Y. Ahmed and Associates as a pupil engineer and later in 1995 joined the firm of Messrs.’ Hassan and Partners Ltd. where he rose to become a senior engineer and later the head of department of mechanical engineering.
Engr. M. A Yusuf is a Fellow Nigeria Society of Engineers, Fellow Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Fellow African Institute of Engineering Management, Member America Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers.
Olalekan is a multi-skilled Professional Accountant and Tax Practioners. He holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He also holds Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking and Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Port Harcourt and from Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) respectively.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He also holds a professional Diploma in International Financial Reporting awarded by the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom. His work career spans Akintola Williams Deloitte, Skye Bank Plc and Worldclass Consultants Limited, and with diverse competencies in Statutory Audit, IFRS Conversion Services, Internal Audit, Inspection and Tax Advisory. Olalekan acquired banking experience with Skye Bank Plc. As a member of Skye Bank Plc (now Polaris Bank Limited) Tax Project Team, he was involved in Tax Reform and Implementation of Rivers State Internal Revenue Service. As Audit Manager with Akintola Williams Deloitte, Olalekan led and managed several audit teams to provide statutory audit and consulting services to various financial institutions, public liability and private companies. Few of these entities are First Bank of Nigeria Plc (and its various subsidiaries), Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, Procter and Gamble Limited, NPF Microfinance Bank Plc, WSTC Financial Services Limited, African Alliance Insurance Company Plc, Globe Reinsurance Plc, Beta Glass Plc, Longman Nigeria Plc, Macmillan Nigeria Limited, Nycil Nigeria Limited, NIGALEX among others.
He currently works as Managing Partner of TBS Professional Services. While with Akintola Williams Deloitte also, Olalekan led and managed the internal audit of both Guaranty Trust Bank and Access Bank Plc. Olalekan is a committed member of NASFAT Amuwo-Odofin Branch. He served as Audit Secretary of the Amuwo-Odofin Branch between 2005 and 2015 and also served on several audit teams of Ikotun Branch, Surulere Branch and Headquarters. He left NASFAT Amuwo-Odofin Branch as the Financial Secretary to join the current National Executive Council of NASFAT.
Imam Asamu is a Lecturer of Islamic Studies at Lagos State University and Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education. Actively involved in all areas of academia, engaging and challenging students to realise their full potential and develop their skill. He has been seriously involved in assessing students’ work and progress, supervising and moderating final year student on their projects. He has three (3) publications and contributed at several professional conferences and seminars.
As an Islamic Scholar of repute, he has held several post at both branch and zonal levels of NASFAT Society. He is currently the Head of Mission Board at NASFAT Zone Two.
Imam Lateef Adeleke Bello is currently the Head, NASFAT Mission Board, Ogun Zone. He is also the Proprietor and Tutor, Markaz Lutfi Rahman Arabic School, Ijebu-Ode. He was a member of Ulamah unit of Lagos State Muslim Pilgrim Welfare Board since 2010. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State after obtaining NCE from Ogun State College of Education now Tai Solarin University of Education in Mathematics.
Being an Islamic Scholar of repute, he has attended several conferences and seminars on Islamic Jurisprudence, Sharia Intelligence etc both local and international.
Alhaji AbdulWahab AbdurRahman is a graduate of Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, he is also a chartered accountant and tax practitioner based in Lagos Nigeria with over 30years experience in accounting, Banking and finance,audit and internal control, taxation, business control & re- engineering, forensic audit and investigation. He is a fellow, Chartered Institute of Accountants and an associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(CITN).
As a pioneer member of NASFAT Society, he became president of the society with tremendous achievement during his tenure in the year 2011. He is currently a member of NASFAT Board of trustee.
