Mohammed Kabir Adisa obtained a BSc honors degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, an MBA in Finance from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and an Executive master’s degree in Islamic finance from INCEIF University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia respectively.
He is a Fellow of Islamic Finance Professional Nigeria (FIFPN) and a Professional Manager(MEMBER Grade) of the Nigeria Institute Management (NIM, Chartered).
He has obtained numerous certifications from Islamic Markets UK and Malaysia in Islamic Commercial Finance & Islamic Social Finance in Waqf, Sukuk Structuring, Sustainable Finance, Takaful Operations, Treasury Management, and Real Estate Investments Management certifications among many others.
Furthermore, he has attended several conferences on Zakat and Waqf operations organized by institutions in Indonesia ( BAZNAS) and the World Zakat Waqf Forum (WZWF) in Malaysia, Greece, and Indonesia. Additionally, he serves as a Volunteer Speaker within the Shariah Community in Indonesia. He holds certificates in Fiqh & Usul-al-Fiqh, Islamic economics, and Islamic Revealed Knowledge, obtained through programs organized by IIIT and the International Islamic University, Malaysia (IIUM).
He is a versatile Professional Banker with over twenty years of experience in International Operations, Treasury Operations /Management, Branch Management, Internal Auditing & Domestic operations and rose to become Head of the Foreign Operations dept (Fops); Operations Mgr(Fops); Branch Manager during his sojourn in four commercial banks in Nigeria namely: Afribank Nig Plc, Fountain Trust Bank Plc, Oceanic Bank Plc and Ecobank Nigeria Ltd.
He is presently the Financial Consultant/ CEO at MARASHZA Ventures Nig Ltd, the company he founded after leaving the banking industry about ten (10) years ago.Presently, he serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Council for NAZAS in the Lagos Zone 1. Prior to this role, he held various positions within the Nasfat organization including serving as the Secretary to the Branch Council of Elders in the Ibeju-Lekki branch, taking on the responsibilities of Financial Secretary in the Lagos Zone 1 Council of Elders (COE), and participating as a member in the Lagos Zone 1 Fundraising Committee dedicated to the development of the Nasfat mosque in Aseese.
(02). Alhaji Sheriff Akinpelu
Mr Akinpelu, Sheriff joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 1991, first as a Class Teacher and later as an Assistant Commercial Officer with the Lagos State Water Corporation in 1992 where he rose to the pinnacle of his career in 2020 as a full Director. He is currently the Director Admin and Human Resource of Lagos Water Corporation. He is a graduate of History from the prestigious Lagos State University (LASU) 1990 set. Mr Akinpelu has attended several professional courses in Human Resources, Strategic Management and Leadership, Managing Conflict in the workplace, Contemporary issues on the new Pensions Scheme, Public Relations and Strategic Communications among others. He is currently an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and was a former Secretary General of the Lagos State Chapter of the Institute. He is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM). He has served in various capacities in Nasfat first as a branch Amir and Branch executive member in Ikorodu Branch, then the zonal youth coordinator, afterwards as the zonal vice chairman and then Chairman Nasfat Lagos Zone one. In addition, Mr Akinpelu was a member of Zonal and National committees of the Society at various times. He is currently a member of Nasfat Lagos Zone 1 Nazas Advisory Council. Alhamdullilah he loves reading and facing challenges.

(06). Alhaja Wazeeat Adedayo Buluro
Alhaja Wazeeat Adedayo Buluro. She attended the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), where she obtained a BSc degree in Social Sciences (1982). She did her NYSC with the Central Bank of Nigeria. She worked with Lagos State Teaching Services and Top Tutors as a teacher before joining Rock Forte Advertising in 1986 as a Corporate ServicesExecutive. She later joined the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations in August 1989 as a Corporate Relations Manager. She rose to the position of Director 0(Corporate Relations and Management) and retired in September 2015. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management .She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations. She attended many management and Public Relations Seminars and conferences. She is a member of NASFAT Oworo/Ifako Branch. She has served in various committees. She served as Welfare Secretary, Auditor, and presently a member of Zakat committee and Planning and Strategic Committee of the Branch.

Alhaji Ali Madu Bamalum (ACIA , MNIM. )
Ali Madu Bamalum { M.B.Ali } attended Ambrosse Alli University , Ekpoma Edo State where he obtained a Bsc. in Public Administration. He later attended Nigerian Collage of Administration (in affiliations with the Chartterd Institute of Administration) Lagos.
He has attended several workshops and seminars in Administration, Managememt and Personal skills development.
He worked as Quran and Islamic Studies teacher in 1004 Islamic Schools Victoria Island, also engaged home tutoring of same privately.
He is a member of Nasfat Eti-osa branch were he served as Youth Secretary for 2 terms.
He later became Deputy Cordinator of Lagos Zone 1
Youth Wing. He rose to become the substantive Cordinator of Lagos Zone 1 Youth Wing for 2 terms superintending over the affairs of Youths arms of about 22 Nasfat Branches and groups.He is presently the Secretary, Nazas Lagos Zone 1.
He is also a member of the Youth Advisory Council of Lagos Zone 1.He currently works with FilmoReal Estate as Manager and An Executive Assistant to the CEO.
(08). Alhaji Aduwasiu Bolarinwa Anidu
Alhaji Anidu Wasiu Bolarinwa (Ph. D)
Anidu Wasiu Bolarinwa attended University of Ilorin, Ilorin Kwara State where he obtained a B.A.(Hons.) in Islamic Studies. He later attended Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-iwoye (OOU) where he obtain both M.A. & Ph.D respectively, also in Islamic Studies.
He has attended several workshops and seminars aside Da’wah courses, home and abroad.
He worked as an Arabic and Islamic Studies Tutor in Secondary Schools in Eti-Osa and Victoria Island/ Ikoyi area of Lagos State.
He is a member of Nasfat Eti-osa branch were he served as Education Secretary and Public Relations Secretary respectively. He is presently the Secretary, Nazas Committee of the Branch and member of Lagos Zone 1 Nazas Committee. He is also a member of the mission board, Nasfat Eti-osa Branch as an Assistant Missioner and Mission board Secretary.
He currently work with Tafsan Tours and Travels Limited as The Marketing and Business Development Manager.
(09). Alhaji Shina Alimi
DESINA ALIMI is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PanAfrican Capital Holdings, a Proprietary Investment Company with presence in Lagos, Accra, Nairobi and Mauritius. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for several companies within the Group.
Acquiring a Chartered Accountant status in 1991 charted a course for his entire career that spans over 3 decades cutting across Deal Structuring, Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Privatization and Asset Management.
He had a stint with Diamond Bank Limited where he started his banking career in Audit and Banking Operations in 1992. Sina later joined the Investment Banking Division of Fountain Trust Bank Plc in 1997 and subsequently served as Group Head, Corporate Finance and Head, Investment Banking Group. While in Corporate Finance, Sina was actively involved in high profile projects and advisory mandates in the private sector as well as the privatization programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria. His employment was later transferred to Spring Bank Plc.
The alumnus of both Columbia Business School & Lagos Business School (LBS) and IESE Business School Barcelona, Spain is a graduate of Accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos, where he graduated in 1989 as one of the best in his class. Sina is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
In his early days, he attended Madrasatul-Mubarakah in Osogbo where he completed his Ibtidahi program in 1984.
He has served NASFAT in various capacities. He was a key member of the committee responsible for the establishment of NASFAT Osogbo branch. He is currently serving out his second term as Branch Secretary of NASFAT Eti-Osa branch. He is also the Chairman of the branch NAZAS Committee.

(10). Alhaji Moshood Ojuolape
ALHAJI MOSHOOD ADETUNJI OJUOLAPE (B.SC ACCOUNTING, MBA, FCA)
Is a Holder of B.Sc Accounting, Ogun State University and MBA obtained from Delta State University, Abraka Delta State.
He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN).
His working career started with NYSC at Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd, Warri Delta where he had knowledge of the Oil and Gas Accounting operations spanning over 19years starting as Trainee Accountant, Budget Accountant, Financial Accountant, Accounts Payable Accountant and Intergroup Payables Accountant, all positions he held in Shell Companies in Nigeria.
He opted for early Retirement from paid employment in 2012 to establish a private Company named Demators Integrated Services Ltd, a downstream oil and Gas Services Company that own and operates Retail Petrol and Gas Services Stations In Ikorodu Lagos State where he is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
He has attended various Accounting courses and Seminars both in-house in Shell Companies and Professsional Association.
He is a member of a charitable organisation called Lions Club International and held various executive positions up to the level of Club President, an active member of his residential community development associations and member BOT OOU Accounting Students Alumni Association 1992 set.
He joined Nasfat Owutu Branch as a foundation member where he held various positions namely Pioneer Co-operative Secretary, he championed the formation of the Branch Co-operative Society which is still functional up till this day, He was a former Branch Vice-Chairman and currently Branch Chairman, Nasfat Owutu Branch.
He served as the Chairman of the Nasfat Lagos Zone 1 Nasfat National Mosque Development Fund-raising Committee when the Zone was adjudged as highest Zonal Contributor to the Asese Mosque development Fund.
He is currently a member of Nasfat Lagos Zone1 Nazas Advisory Council.

Adewole Kadri Adebowale joined the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation in June 2013 as a Deputy Manager in the Bank Examination Department (BED). Presently, a Senior Manager in BED where he is the Team Lead supervising Wema & Nova Bank.
Prior to joining the Corporation, he worked as a Work-Out Officer with the Risk Management Directorate of Keystone Bank Ltd (Formerly Bank PHB Plc), Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking Group of Equitorial Trust Bank (ETB) and Head, Retail & Consumer Banking Unit of First City Monument Bank Plc (FCMB) (Idumagbo Branch).
Mr. Adewole is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM) and holds MBA in Finance and a B.Sc (Hons) in Accounting from the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.
He attended several professional courses and programs both locally and internationally with particular reference to Federal Reserve System (FRS), U.S.A where he attended the Credit Risk Analysis School.
He is currently the Chairman, Nasfat Lagos Island Branch, haven served as Ag. Branch Chairman, Branch Vice Chairman and Branch Financial Secretary among others.

(01). Alh. Isiaq Kayode Oshinuga – Chairman
Alhaji Isiaq Kayode Oshinuga attended Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where he obtained a diploma in insurance. He later obtained the Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and a Masters in Business Administration from the Ekiti State University. An accomplished insurance professional and practitioner, Alh. Oshinuga has worked in blue chips insurance companies including Aiico Insurance and Intercontinental Wapic Insurance Plc (now Coronation Insurance Plc) where he was the Group Head, Claims and Reinsurance. He was also the CEO of Federated Loss Adjusters Limited.
A humanitarian service volunteer, he is a past president of Ilupeju Lions Club and a past District Governor of Lions Clubs International, District 404 B2 Nigeria. He is also a Faculty of the Leadership Institute.
He is presently the MD/CEO of Eminent International Loss Adjusters Limited, a firm which he founded and registered in 2007.

Alhaja Salako Mujidat Olayemi attended Ogun State Cooperative College, an affiliate of Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ago Iwoye, where she obtained a Certificate in Cooperative Studies. PRINCE TAJUDEEN OLAJIDE ADESAANU
Prince Olajide Adesaanu born about 60years ago into the Royal Dynasty of Madoju-Adesanu of Obantoko’s Compound, ltoko-Abeokuta.
He attended Egba Comprehensive High school, Asero-Abeokuta for his post-primary education after which he proceeded to Ogun State Polytechnics, (Now, Moshood Abiola Polytechnics) Abeokuta where he obtained both OND and HND in Town and Regional Planning.
He later attended Ladoke Akintola University of Technology for his Post-graduate Diploma in Management Science and MBA from the same institution.

Prince as popularly known has worked in several organisations which includes Jide Taiwo &Co, BEV Properties Ltd. but currently an educational administrator and now the Director of of Programmes with Awori District College of Education. Fausat Owodunni was born in Lagos island to Alhaji and alhaja L.A. Lawal 61 years ago.

He is the Akogun / Shaba of Ife-Olukotun, a 2nd class traditional stool in Kogi State.

Alhaji Adebayo Kilani is a chartered accountant of repute.
He is a federal Director in the Federal Ministry of Finance as an internal auditor.

Dr. Salau’s role as Coordinator of the Initiative of Advancement of Mining, Earth Sciences, and Environmental Protection (IAMESEP), an NGO, focused on mining matters, including but not limited to fostering youth development in areas of mining and environmental protection, formalization of artisanal miners, mining entrepreneurship etc., demonstrates her continued dedication to advancing her profession and sharing knowledge within the industry for the benefit of the Umma.
